Article 1 / Duration of stay
The customer reserving accommodation with the owner, for a fixed period, may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 / Reservation formalities
Upon receipt of the reservation made by the customer on the owner's website: www.hoteldefouquet-chambresdhotes.fr, the said customer will receive a confirmation email entitled: your reservation at the Hotel de Fouquet - Chambres d'hôtes.The owner invites the customer to check the elements of this reservation:their contact details and more particularly email address and mobile phone number in order to be reachable before and during the reservation.their comments and, if this reservation is a gift, the complete contact details of the beneficiaries so that the owner can establish a gift voucher if desired.the room reserved - the number of people - the arrival date - the departure date - the number of nights.the total price of the reservation, the amount indicated being inclusive of tax, tourist tax included.After receipt of the general conditions and without contraindication by the customer within 24 hours, the reservation becomes firm.In the case of booking directly with the owner, the general conditions will be either sent by email in the case of cash payment and presumed accepted 24 hours after receipt. In the event of payment by credit card, the general conditions of sale will be accepted at the time of payment.Article 3 / Room prices
The rates displayed are prices per room, per night, breakfasts included, tourist tax extra.Rates vary depending on whether the room is occupied by one or more people.Rates do not include any additional services.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the client
Any modification of reservation, date, room, is only possible after the agreement of the owner and may possibly result in additional costs, and will be made according to availability on the date of the modification. The customer is informed of the special conditions in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs more than 7 calendar days before the arrival date, it will not be charged or fully refunded if the payment has already been made. If the cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the arrival date, the entire amount of the reservation will remain due to the owner, unless otherwise agreed with the owner. In the event of early departure during the stay, the entire amount of the reserved service will be due.Article 5 / No show
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.
Article 6 / Cancellation insurance
The owner draws the customer's attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in his rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe to one.
Article 7 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he will immediately inform the customer by email. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for all sums he has paid.
Article 8 / Time of arrival
The customer must arrive on the day specified when booking, no earlier than 2 p.m. (room availability and key collection time) and no later than 7:30 p.m.The customer must notify by telephone if, by force of circumstances, he is forced to arrive after this time slot.As far as possible, it is requested not to plan arrivals after 10 p.m., after this time, reception may no longer be possible.Article 9 / Breakfast
Breakfast time is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the latest.
Article 10 / Time of departure
Check-out time for rooms is 11am at the latest. Any delay will be charged at €13 per hour started.
Article 11 / Payment
In the event of online booking, the price of the stay will be fully debited from the bank card previously registered, 7 days before the client's arrival. In the event of a direct reservation with the establishment, full payment of the price of the reservation will be requested at the time of the reservation in the event of payment by bank transfer or credit card and on arrival in the event of payment in cash. An invoice will be given to the customer on his departure with the details of the service, the amount of the accommodation, the amount of any additional services, the amount of the tourist tax, the amount of the VAT applied.
Article 12 / Change of rooms
It is possible that the owner, for service or security reasons, has to modify the room initially reserved by the customer. In this case, the change will always be for a room of the same capacity and offering the same level of service. Otherwise, the cost of the reservation will be adjusted.
Article 13 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 14 / Art of living and use of premises
In order to preserve the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of the guests, respect for a certain "art of living" is required of all, the one that is required when living in a community.In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas and as far as possible to move away from open doors and windows so as not to inconvenience the occupants.For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use in the premises:open flames such as matches, candles, sparklers, etc.The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financial responsibility for - any damage for which he would be responsible.As the rooms have been decorated and furnished with passion by the owner, it is requested to respect the objects made available. Any disappearance or breakage of an object not declared will be invoiced to the customer afterwards, at its replacement value.Customers' attention is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.Article 15 / Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale may be modified at any time by the owner and without notice. Without opposition from the customer, acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired 24 hours after receipt.
Article 16 / Data Protection
Act In accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the customer benefits from a right of access and rectification to the data concerning him. The owner undertakes not to transmit in any case the information that the customer has communicated to other companies or organizations for advertising purposes.
